Submit a new ticket using the form
You don't need to log in to the help center just to submit a ticket, but if you sign up/sign in first you can keep track of all previously-submitted tickets.
Submit a new ticket by sending an email
You can also do send us support tickets simply with an email to
support@clevergroups.com, documenting your issues, and you may find this easier.
Log In to Review Existing Tickets
You can log in with your Google or Microsoft account that you may have used with Clever Groups.
Note: Unfortunately at this stage, if you don't have one of these accounts you will need to sign up here separately to your existing Clever Groups accounts, if you want to see an open support tickets or your previous support tickets. We intend to fix this issue shortly.
